Remote Church – Easter 3 – Church at Home

We can’t gather at St Mary’s for our usual Sunday service, but we can all join a collective act of worship from our homes. You can do this at 9:30am or 11:15am on Sunday morning, or whenever else is convenient.

This Sunday, 26th April, is the Third Sunday of Easter. Welcome to our service!

You can now find links to parts of the service which Fr Jeremy has recorded on video. Our Youtube channel, containing our videos, can be found here: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCF0WRLKWtkgWJjZw_d4S6Mw

Today’s service is led by some of the children in the congregation. A video of the start of the service can be found on our YouTube channel: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RlbFIfQTrLM

Remote church is an experiment, an attempt to keep our community together while the Covid-19 virus disrupts our normal life. If you have suggestions on how to improve this, or would like to record part of next week’s service, please do let us know by commenting below or emailing info@stmaryshenley.org.uk.

Many thanks to those of you who attended last week’s Remote Church and left comments and suggestions for how it could be improved.

The Oxford Diocese have a livestreaming page which can be accessed at www.oxford.anglican.org and there will be a Diocesan Eucharist livestreamed this Sunday at 10 am. The service from Christchurch Cathedral can be found at https://www.chch.ox.ac.uk/oxfords-cathedral/online-worship.

Sacred Heart will be livestreaming Mass on Sunday morning (10.30 a.m.). See Sacred Heart’s website.
