St Mary's Henley is part of the Diocese of Oxford and Churches Together in Henley.

Christchurch Cathedral, Oxford, is the seat of the Bishop of Oxford, the Right Reverend John Pritchard.  Dorchester Abbey is the seat of the Bishop of Dorchester, who has responsibility for Henley Deanery. The Bishop of Dorchester is the Right Reverend Colin Fletcher.
